These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Dhago. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate information while registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining account credentials securely.

Acceptable Use

• Do not post misleading, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to abuse or disrupt app services.
• Respect other users and applicable laws.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

Dhago has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in the app, including listings, "Need" posts, profiles, and any other content you submit:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
• Nudity, sexually explicit, or pornographic content.
• Illegal goods or services, scams, or fraudulent listings.
• Spam or content unrelated to the buying, selling, or sourcing of thread, embroidery, and fabric-related goods and services.

Users can report any listing, need post, or user they believe violates these standards using the report option available on that content, and can block abusive users to immediately stop seeing their content and prevent further contact. We review reports and may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Listings and User Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including listing accuracy, pricing, and communication with other users.

Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform or comply with legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Dhago is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
